This high quality tea is made using a four step process:
- The leaves are ‘Withered’ to release its moisture content.
- The withered leaves are ‘Rolled’ to give an ‘orthodox’ finish
- The leaves are then put through a process of ‘Oxidation’ under controlled conditions where temperature, humidity and oxygen levels are balanced
- Finally the leaves are left to ‘Dry’
The palate is light bodied yet smooth and floral-fruity in taste.
Steeping time: 3 – 4 mins
H2O temp.: 80 – 90 C (can be repeated by adding warm water up to two times on the same infusion OR enjoyed with lemon/milk/sugar/honey)
