This high quality tea is made using a four step process:

  1. The leaves are ‘Withered’ to release its moisture content.
  2. The withered leaves are ‘Rolled’ to give an ‘orthodox’ finish
  3. The leaves are then put through a process of ‘Oxidation’ under controlled conditions where temperature, humidity and oxygen levels are balanced
  4. Finally the leaves are left to ‘Dry’

The palate is light bodied yet smooth and floral-fruity in taste.
Steeping time: 3 – 4 mins

H2O temp.: 80 – 90 C (can be repeated by adding warm water up to two times on the same infusion OR enjoyed with lemon/milk/sugar/honey)
